Q1. How do I activate the license?
After payment confirmation, the license key is emailed within 1-2 business days (CEO partner portal issuance). Install the plugin in Maya, then enter the key in the FXGear license dialog to activate.
Q2. Will it support future Maya 2026 / 2027 releases?
FXGear releases compatibility updates for new Maya versions. Updates are free during the 1-year support window after a perpetual purchase; afterward, annual maintenance renewal is recommended.
Q3. Are refunds available?
Per Article 17 of the Korean E-Commerce Act, refunds are restricted for digital goods after license key issuance. Full refunds apply only for (1) cancellation before key issuance, or (2) activation failures due to defects.
