Q1. How do I activate the license?
After payment, the license key is emailed within 1-2 business days. Install the plugin in Maya, then enter the key in the FXGear license dialog to activate.
Q2. Can I use it together with Qualoth?
Yes. Qualoth + FXHair can be used together within the same FXGear plugin package (each license purchased separately).
Q3. Refunds?
Per Article 17 of the Korean E-Commerce Act for digital goods. Full refund only for cancellation before key issuance or activation defects.
Q4. Educational discount?
